My parents..

She's the kind that you can say to, "You wish I weren't alive, don't you?" and she'll just say back, annoyed, "It would've been better."

He's the kind that you can scream at, "You just want me to die. Your biggest mistake in life was marrying Mom and having ME." and he'll just look at you as if nothing was wrong with that.

She's the one where you can sit at the corner of your bed, trying desperately to hide muffled tears, and all she'll say is, "Stop crying. I don't want to see your tears; it disgusts me."

He's the one where you can stand, bawling your eyes out and all he'll say is, "I should be the one crying, I have a daughter like you."

She's the one who you can say to, "Don't bother moving, I'll just run away for you." and she'll just look at you, mildly shocked that you would even consider doing that, even after she said she wanted to do it herself.

He's the one who can accidentally elbow you in the arm, making you accidentally spill a cup of water on his clothes and then make you wash ALL his clothes just because he thought you did it on purpose.

She's the one who can yell at you for not helping her with chores, but then scream at you for being such a nuisance when you DO try to help her.

He's the one who will demand a thousand apologies from you for accidentally doing something, and then turn around and not listen when you finally do apologize a thousand times.

She's the one who won't even demand an apology because she thinks you're not capable of uttering one.

He's the one who you can shriek at, "I've already apologized to you a thousand times, but you weren't even listening! Why demand for an apology when you're not even going to listen when they give you it?" and he'll only yell back at you that you never apologized in the first place.

She's the one who will take things out on you whenever something goes wrong at work.

He's the one who will forget birthdays, anniversaries and holidays and then tell you that you shouldn't get him anything for his upcoming birthday; he doesn't want anything from a lowly creature like you.

They are the ones who have and will still be raising me. I only live with them day after day, they can't be THAT much of an influence.

They're my parents, and they don't seem that bad to me. Do they to you?

P.S. I believe that my gBook has been turned to a battlefield...or what seems to be the beginning of one.
